You're always looking for an adventure. Rappelling a cliff. Perfecting your shot. Designing a robot. Kayaking into the sunset. Exploring your faith. Volunteering at an animal shelter. The choice is yours! Each activity provides an opportunity to shine and learn more about yourself and the world around you. Venturing is youth-led and youth-inspired. You'll acquire life skills and gain experiences that will prove to be valuable regardless of where your future takes you, all while having a blast: leadership, event-planning, organization, communication, responsibility – the list goes on!
About the VOA
The Venturing Officers Association (VOA) organizes program events, leads trainings, and provides forums to bring crews, districts, councils, and areas together. It is youth inspired and youth led, and consists of a team of youth officers that are supported by advisors. The VOA provides leadership, adventure, personal growth and service opportunities. The VOA also serves as a resource for Venturing Crews and their Advisors.

The VOA is not complete without representation from each Crew. We encourage an adult advisor and the President (or other Officer) from every Crew to attend as many of the VOA meetings as possible to serve as a spokesperson for their Crew. The VOA Advisor will send out an email when a meeting or call in will be taking place. If you are not on their contact list, email the VOA Advisor to let them know to include you.
