The Turning Point District is one of five districts in the Twin Rivers Council.  The District serves over 1,800 youth in 68 units. Turning Point achieved 2017 Journey to Excellence Gold Level .

The administrative functions of the district and its committees are overseen by the volunteer District Chairman, and the unit-service aspects of district operations are managed by the volunteer District Commissioner.  The professional District Executive advises the district's top leadership and serves as a sounding board for concerns.  Together, these individuals comprise the District Key-3.

Is your unit planning an outstanding event? What are your spring activities? Are you doing something you would like to share? Take pictures and write a short article about your event. It's Time for Rechartering

It's re-chartering time! The top three stumbling blocks to on-time rechartering are leaders without current Youth Protection Training; collecting fees from youth/families; and getting the Chartered Organization Head's signature. Questions... contact your Unit Commissioner or any Turning Point District team member. If your paperwork is not already in, you are late! Don't let your unit lapse!
