Southern Saratoga Good Scout Award Reception

Southern Saratoga Awards Dinner Honors Kathleen Pingelski and Tim Halladay

The Twin Rivers Council, Boy Scouts of America is experiencing phenomenal success. We are reaching more young people than ever before with a quality, challenging Scouting program. Our program is designed to teach our members to be responsible, capable, participating citizens, and to help them Build An Adventure.

The 2018 Southern Saratoga Good Scout Award Reception is an event honoring a distinguished citizen or organization for their service and dedication to young people and the community. The reception will be held on May 30th, 2018 at the Hilton Garden Inn, Clifton Park with a social hour at 6:00 PM, followed by the program at 7:00 PM. This year we will be paying tribute to two very special honorees, Kathleen Pingelski, President of MicroKnowledge, Inc./ProKnowledge, LLC, and Tim Halladay, Chief Executive Officer of Victory Funding whom exemplify in their daily lives the ideals of the Scout Oath and Law through their leadership and contribution to Scouting and the community.

These are difficult times to be a young person. Programs like Scouting are essential if we want our young people to grow up to be the next generation of great leaders and strong contributors in their communities. It is through understanding of Scouting’s core values that these leadership traits can be obtained. All funds raised through this event will benefit the delivery of the Scouting programs in the Mohawk District (Southern Saratoga County) of the Twin Rivers Council, Boy Scouts of America.

I hope you will join us for this distinctive event.  Please consider supporting Scouting by attending, making a charitable gift, or donating an auction item for this special event. You may register securely online at www.trcscouting.org/southernsaratoga.

Thank you for helping to support the Scouting program that is shaping our country's future leaders and heroes.
