    The Twin Rivers Council Popcorn Sale is all about supporting your troop’s program. The great program you, your leaders, parents and chartering partner provide to your Scouts requires funding, and the popcorn sale is one of the best ways to fund your troop’s quality year-round program. The popcorn sale is an opportunity for every family in your troop to participate in the success of the program.
  • Council to Honor Daniel P. Nolan, JD, CEO at Hugh Johnson Advisors

    The Distinguished Citizen Award is being presented this year to Daniel P. Nolan, JD, CEO at Hugh Johnson Advisors. Mr. Nolan is a community leader who personifies the values of the Scouting programs - ethics, citizenship, and leadership. The 2019 Distinguished Citizen Award will be presented to him at a dinner in his honor on October 24, 2019 in Albany.

  • Tri-City Valley Cats Scout Night

    Join the Tri-City ValleyCats on August 16th for Scout Night at the Joseph L. Bruno Stadium. All scouts and their families are invited to the ballpark to enjoy the ValleyCats take on the Aberdeen IronBirds (Baltimore Orioles affiliate) while celebrating their membership of the Cub Scouts/Scouts BSA and the Twin Rivers Council.
  • 2019 Golf Tournament set for August 16 at Queensbury Country Club

    The 26th annual Wakpominee Golf Classic & the 23rd Annual Kiwanis Golf for Youth combined golf tournament. This is a 4-person scramble held at The Queensbury Country Club. All proceeds benefit Twin Rivers Council, BSA and Glens Falls Kiwanis Club.

    Join us this summer for the exciting new ATV Trek program at Camp Wakpominee! Scouts will learn how to properly operate an ATV safely and enjoy riding on over 20 miles of trails in the beautiful Adirondacks! The ATV Trek includes an outpost camping experience at Three Ponds. Sign up today!

  • Turning Point District to Honor Saratoga County Sheriff Michael Zurlo

    It is now official. The 2019 Saratoga Good Scout Award Honoree is Saratoga County Sheriff, Michael Zurlo. He will be honored at a dinner in his honor on Thursday, October 3, 2019, at the Saratoga City Center. The reception begins at 6 p.m., with the program and dinner at 7 p.m.
