Adult Registration Requirement Changes for 2018 Resident Summer Camp Recently Added Content

In preparation for the upcoming summer camp season, the BSA National Council and the Twin Rivers Council have announced new adult leadership requirements for Boy Scout and Cub Scout resident camp.

Family Scouting Coming To Twin Rivers Council

Starting this Spring, the leadership of Twin Rivers Council has opted to participate in the “Early Adopter Program” offered by the National Council. This program will provide the resources to Charter Partners who wish to open their membership to females of Cub Scout age.

2018 Nuts for Scouting

In cooperation with Virginia Diner Peanut Company, registered Twin Rivers Council Scouting members and families are invited to sell nuts to help provide funds for individual or unit needs. The Nut Sale is an opportunity for Units or members to help Scouts attend one of our great Scout Camps (Rotary, Wakpominee or one of the many Day Camp opportunities).

2018 Campership Form Is Available

The 2018 Campership Application is now available. Please make sure you spread the word to your families so that we can help as many boys as possible get to camp.

National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) Courses

NYLT is Twin Rivers Council's premiere leadership development course for experienced Boy Scouts, Varsity Scouts, Varsity Teams and Venturing Crews who are nominated by their Unit Leader for their potential as a future leader and now is the time to sign up!

Wood Badge - Scouting's Ultimate Leader Training

Twin Rivers Council will be hosting a Wood Badge Course during the fall of 2018. The course will be held at Camp Wakpominee over two weekends.
